A curated book store in the heart of Perth
For 25 years our little bookstore in Applecross has been a place of possibility. Where you find not only what you are looking for, but also what you didn’t know you were seeking.
Originally “The Well Bookstore” for over 20 years, it then changed to “Typeface Books” under the wonderful Guinevere, our fabulous and knowledgeable bookseller who still works in the store as the newly launched “Paperhouse”.
We have all your favourite classics, children’s books, new releases, contemporary, crime & thriller, biography, self-help, cooking, gardening, and more! Plus hordes of debut and local authors.
We also carry a selection of children’s toys, puzzles, cards and games.
